I just happened to come across this product when I was looking for a Microsoft Office suite (to include Outlook) and I was extremely pleased with the price! I read the reviews on the Office 2019 -- not too good, but the Office 2016 had great reviews. So, I pulled the trigger. Even though there seems to be some confusion over snail-mail delivery or email delivery, I received my key code the next day after purchase via email. I followed the email directions for downloading and it installed --no problem. The install did ask if I wanted the 64-bit version and you just click on that button and it installs. I would highly suggest that if you have a system that has the Office 365 that you uninstall it prior to installing the Office 2016.
