Kit was sealed, activated without any issue and included license sticker in over-envelope. This kit comes with a DVD, but I recommend dowloading the newest build of Windows 10 from Microsoft and using that to install the OS. It saves a lot of time with updates and the like. they provide: ms office 2016 pro plus retail key 32/64 bit, ms office 2016 pro plus retail key 32/64 bit code, office 2016 retail 32/64-bit product key code, office 2016 pro plus retail 32/64-bit product key

Ordered (Apprehensively) late at night. Product key arrived by email early the next morning. Followed seller "God Eagle's" instructions and downloading setup instructions, and was installed and running in on a new Dell Windows 10 computer in about 20 min. from start to finish. During the download I had the option of selecting 32 bit or 64 bit software and selected 64 bit which installed without a hiccup. I was initially reluctant to purchase after reading poor installation reviews of others, but now I am really glad that I did.
